Days inbetween wedding and honeymoon?

Are you scheduling to go on your honeymoon the day after your wedding, two days after, etc.? and what will you be doing on the days inbetween?

We are going a week later simply because the price was substantially cheaper and my family from out of town was staying through Tuesday. I am actually going back to work for 2 days to save on vacation time lol

We are leaving the next morning at 9am! have to take advantage of the few days off FI has while we can. Also the wedding excitement will still be fresh :)

We left 2 days after the wedding and honestly the first day of our honeymoon all we did was sleep. We were still so exhausted! We used those 2 days in between to say goodbye to out of towners, we hit the bank and then finished packing. I thought leaving 2 days after would be better but honestly I think any time is fine because you will still be exhausted no matter what!

Our wedding is Saturday night and we're thinking we'll leave Sunday PM since we're likely going to Europe and will be taking a red eye. Part of me would prefer to wait until Monday but we need to take advantage of our days off.

I think most people leave a day or two later. We went on our HM 5 months later since DH is a teacher.

Our wedding was Saturday night and we left Monday 10am.
We needed the extra day to finish packing. We went to Hawaii, so on our 10 hour flight we slept most of the way and were ready to enjoy our honeymoon.

Days inbetween wedding and honeymoon?

We're getting married in October and won't be able to do a honeymoon until February. Gotta wait for our Feb break. (We work in a school) oh well I'm sure it'll feel good to get away a bit no matter what. :)

We are going almost 3 weeks later. We wanted to go on this specific cruise, so that's why we waited.

ETA: I have off because its summer and I'm a teacher. I'm guessing my fiancé will go back to work. He can't take off for that long plus a 2 week honeymoon.

THIS! mostly because we didnt want to leave so early the day after the wedding. on saturday we will have breakfast with our hotel guests & BP, pick up our dogs, and go to the bank !

Our wedding is Sunday and we leave Tuesday morning. We will spend the next day just relaxing at home, probably going to a memorial day BBQ with family, and opening some cards lol- we figured if anyone throws cash in the envelopes we will take it with us on the honeymoon

I won't know when our honeymoon will be until my FH gets his vacation picks at the end of this year..ideally I would like to leave 1-2 days after our wedding. I can't wait to start looking at where to go!!

Wedding is Friday night and we'll be leaving Sunday morning. FH wanted to leave Saturday, but that's because all he'll need to do is put some tshirts and shorts into a back pack! I need to reallyyyy pack and I just can't be doing that the day before my wedding, so that's what I need Saturday for.

Days inbetween wedding and honeymoon? - Long Island Weddings

Our wedding is Friday and we are leaving the following Saturday. I had to schedule it around my school schedule, but the week in between should be helpful to just get my head together after what I'm sure will be a whirlwind from the weeks leading up to the wedding so I can truly just relax and enjoy the honeymoon.
