days inn strikes again!
My parents called to book their rooms for the night before & after the wedding last night, and they were told that
'The rooms aren't there' & 'there are only 12 rooms to book'
1. We blocked 54 rooms
2. WHERE THE EFF ARE THE ROOMS IF THEY AREN'T AT THE HOTEL!!??!?
We finally got someone on the phone who knew what was happening, but we are concerned because if everyone who is answering the phone does not know how to book a room, how are guests supposed to book rooms???
I sent a strongly worded email to the sales manager, and said that if this does not straightened out, we will take our 300 guests elsewhere.
She sent a very apologetic e-mail and assured me that she spoke to the front desk, and that the problem was resolved.
