Daytime Cocktail Hour???

So i am having a daytime wedding at the CHCC in June. I cant have my CH by the pool like ppl usual do bc it will be used my the members they said if an area called 'coral beach' isnt being used by cooperate i can use that and still have an outdoor cocktail hour..has anyone done this? or has anyone been to a wedding where they had this there?
what does it look like the place? did you like it? opinions will be greatly appericiated! TIA

Ughh did you know this prior to signing the contract? Was there anything in your contract that you would have this space for CH?

Yes I knew this the probl is that cooperate won't release their schedule until 2014 for that year. I know the ch near pool is nice was wondering of anyone had ever done it in the coral beach area instead
