Ok, I have my final meeting with Francesca tomorrow, I thought I e-mailed the forms she sent me to my home e-mail account, but I didn't.....so they're stuck on my work computer. I have to fill them out by 4PM tomorrow when I meet with her.
can someone send me the forms? my e-mail account is ....

I think she sends them to you like 2 months prior to your date......one is a form that has all the marriage license info, and one is to list all my vendors, their contact info, my BP, contact #'s for them, and some of my choices w/ my vendors.
