Dear 2012 Brides...

Chicas chicas chicas...
I LOVE YOU ALL!!!

But I just think, that the ACTIVE girls should def. have a BIGGER chance to go..
Either 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013...
Because then it turns out UNFAIR if someone who is NOT ACTIVE gets a tickets and someone who is ehre EVERYDAY and helps other BRIDES DOESNT get a ticket....

I agree. There are some really active brides on 2012 and 2013 and i def think they deserve to go. More active than some 2011 brides. And some have been on a long time. Like sjr theyre planning ahead longer bc theyre in school, abroad or in the military.

But i understand these 2011 brides have become really close and i think they just want the opportunity to hang at the event together.

Ive noticed that some of the 2010 brides went to both and i wonder if they had the same issue.

I say if youre an active person on here and you support the site you should be able to go. And i think 231 was too low an amount to be included.

ITA. And I agree that people with later weddings should go. While I think the number should be higher than 231, they should also disqualify all of the random 'bump your numbers' posts that don't benefit anyone. That's not the point of the site.

I think the best solution...they can have 2 TWOTYS!!!

well there is nothing that can be done, its based on what CS wants to do, soooooooo there is no more point in even trying to wish, because all it will do is cause tension at the wedding! people will know who wanted to only have 2011 girls, and the 2012 girls that are lucky enough to go, might feel uncomfortable and that will just be a mess!

Active girls should go, people who just joing and are posting random stuff just to get to 231, nope

there are girls that are 2012 that have been around longer than some 2011 girls, heck even longer than 2010 girls!

Since TWOTY is being chosen at random this year, none of us really have much say. However, I think that any bride that is actively posting, planning and contributing to helping other brides should have the chance to go. Unfortunatley, not all of us amazing brides will be able to go Good luck ladies and Much love to all the brides! <3

But... seriously?! Is that really necessary?

Every time this convo starts, I chime in and say 'Please don't hate the 2012 girls! Some of us need planning ideas before we've, well, planned everything... since that's the real point of TWOTY. Some of us won't be able to go next year. Some of us aren't on LI very often or have crazy work schedules.' Some of us have been around for longer than some of you. And most of us can put together coherent sentences.

Then Amy chimes in and says 'Don't worry, we don't mean you.'

Except many of you do. And it's hostile, even if you guys are -ing and being 'polite'.

Please, just stop hating on the 2012 (and 2013) girls. It's not necessary, it's not friendly, and it's not going to make CS post the TWOTY info any faster.

That whenever I see TWOTY I say the whole thing together, in my head--sounds like 'twatee' and I chuckle every time.

And I very much want to go to twatee. Ewww. Haha
