I don't think this thread has been around lately but I need to start one!

Dear office-mate,

I have had my private office for 5 years. Now I have to share it with you and I am okay with that. What I am not okay with is your ridiculously LOUD voice and how you think it's okay to talk super LOUD on the phone and have side conversations with other employees who stand in the doorway, especially during my now not-so-private lunch break. ESPECIALLY since I'm trying to use my breaks now to work on my capstone(final project for my degree) !!!!

Seriously I'm going to lose it one day and tell you how it is!!!!

i wish you could be happy for me that I'm getting married instead of sulking because your BF is not interested in getting married right now! You are my MOH and I need honest opinions from you. When I tried on wedding gowns, you should have told me what looked good / not good on me instead of looking for dresses for your own wedding day.

Thanks! It really is frustrating and getting to the point where I'm getting nasty. I shouldn't have to blast 'Alt Nation' rock music when he's on the phone in hopes of irritating him!! Ah it used to be so nice and peaceful here and I loved listening to the love song stations!!

Hahah I hear you - I'm in an office with someone but it might as well be just an open arena - I have another collegue that 'sneaks' into my office and scares me every single day (I'm jumpy!) - I told him yesterday he has to stop!! So I totally understand ya!!

Why do you have to be so LOUD in the moring. You know some people try to get some extra sleep and all I hear is you talking, even with my Ipod on. People should be a little more considerate in the morning.

We had a talk last week about how super strung out I am with school, moving, work, job searching, wedding (not really stressed here but it adds to everything). I told you how I am sick of the NOISE volume in my office and having trouble dealing with it. I guess you really listened to me..

Thanks so much for barging in my office to use the hole puncher and talking really LOUDLY to someone about your day. To be honest, I couldn't care less what is going on with the department or your apartment. You have not filled me in on any of the work related drama so don't come in my area and discuss it. And if you didn't see me becoming irriated and brushing past you to go get some water than get some new glasses....
