Again thank you for inviting me to lunch on Friday YET again. I really appriciate your thought and consideration in asking if I would like to join for lunch. I will remember this in the future when neither of you have anyone to eat lunch with on Friday.

I absolutely hate that - it used to happen to me at an old job - everyone ordered lunch everyday and the would never ask me because I was the new girl. I always had to bring my lunch to work and the cherry of all of this? I would hear them whisper not to include me in the ordering process.
