Dear Cramps, Why have you been so bad the past 4 months?!! I know I should go to the doctor and have her look at these old pipes - I just hate having that checkup it's just very uncomfortable and it gives me anxiety.

Feel better! I just went for my semi-annual exam last night...I know how you feel I have to go twice yearly.
My advice is to make the earliest appointment possible...this way, it's over and done with. No waiting all day getting anxious.

Uhh, feel better. I hate those check-ups too! I have one this Saturday, and I am not looking forward to it!!
