Dear BM dress salon:
Thank you so much for calling me 10 days ago to let me know my girls' dresses are in! I was so excited! But since then, thank you for letting me know 'you aren't sure' if we will be able to keep the fabric that is leftover when some of the BMs hem their dresses in order to make sashes for my FG's. Thank you for telling one of my BMs that nobody had time to TAKE HER PAYMENT and she would have to call back, when days before you had given me a strict 10-day limit within which the dresses needed to be paid for if there was an outstanding balance. Also thank you for not answering another BM when she asked how much alterations cost by saying 'I don't know, I don't work in alterations'. And finally, thank you for NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE every single time I have called in the last 5 days (at least twice a day) and then once someone finally did answer, putting me on hold and then HANGING UP ON ME. This is really making me want to work to make sure you get your money from my BMs. So thank you.
