i know i shouldn't be surprised, but for some reason, it still amazes me how weddings really bring out the worst in some people. not that FSIL was a good person before we started planning our weddings, but wow...

her wedding is saturday, so i can't wait for it to be over.
backstory includes:
me and FH get engaged, invite her to be in the BP, we set the date, she gets engaged 3 months after that and another 2 months after that she chooses her wedding date... 6 weeks before us. we find out VIA facebook.
we were surprised to find out that way and instead of apologizing (not for when her wedding is, but for how she went about it), she launched into a self-righteous tirade about FINALLY doing what she wants for herself in life and not caring about anyone else because it's ALL about her.
the past year has been nothing short of uncomfortable and awkward, and it is all culminating since it is now her wedding weekend. just can't wait for it to be over so we can move passed this. take the L out of LOVER because i'm so OVER this lol.

Just think, b/c of how she's going about things, her wedding will reflect her actions, so it will be selfish and awkward. I wouldn't be surprised if she's a major BRIDEZILLA!
Don't worry, you're going to have a beautiful wedding and hers will be a distant memory at best!

I TOTALLY agree and was thinking this exact same thing when i saw what you wrote! She'll be forgotten as soon as her wedding's over and people will be focusing and getting excited about yours
