When you call and Ask for Mr. M and I procede to tell you that he is not here and if you will like to leave a message, a message is your name number and regarding of what you are calling (e.g. your loan, your house for sale/ buy etc) not to tell me your life story your financial tragedy or anything else. I don't care, I can't help you and I am not paying attention. Either leave a message or say 'no, I will call another time'

they fail to realize MIKE is a very common name. and i closes about 250 loans in August of last year. Oh ya. and i kinda need a phone number to call you back. and then they get mad when you dont call back,

im guilty of that. but the people i do that too all know my voice and number lol
