I understand that you may not want to join in on the ridiculous randomness that seems to make up NWR...however...how can you resists posting on threads about the lovliness of the male form..

I mean, if FC and CR can't get you to post...I don't know what will

the only reason I don't type MORE is b/c I don't want Ron to ban me...or worse yet, take down the lovely photos of our male mascots

that is shocking! I remember when I used to lurk in the usuk, palebride, monkeyluv days - then I just jumped in. Then they all left.....wait a minute

TOTALLY - I was SUCH a f*cking nerd in HS I had like 2 friends (valedictorian and salutatorian) and we used to try COOKING for fun on Friday nights. I always wanted to be a 'cool' kid, but I was just a big NERD.... Since I am STILL a BIG NERD I just lurk (although I have MUCH better hair now)

But this is always my 'home' when I do come to this site. Even if the new wave of coolness has it's very own dicktionary. And I'm not in any way shape or form a part of it.

I was on NWR before it was 'cool' and inhabited by chai loving chix.

Susan's LIRR rants, Farah's observations from across the pond, Lori's Johnny Depp obsession. Yup, I witnessed them all. The good old days!

I never really lurked over here. I was always on 06 and BHB and never saw NWR move until one day when Janna (BKtoLI) told me it's starting to move, so I came on over!!

Then I just started putting in my own $.02 and look at me now; proud holder of the Makes Sense Even When No One Is Asking Award!!!!

So as you can see I'm still a dorky nerd and that doesn't stop me from posting away!!!!!

lol i dont know if i am considered a lurker since I do respond when i feel like i have something good to add!!

but i was a giant nerd too ( FH likes to remind me that i still am) i was always smart and my mom made all my clothes and i wasnt allowed to ever ever leave my house ( off the boat sicilian parents!!!) so maybe i still have feelings of insecurity! even though i AM allowed to pluck my unibrow now!

My lurking days are over! Good-bye '06, hello NWR! I dig the randomness, wit, humor and peverty of these threads, so while I should fit right in, it make time to upgrade myself from 'NWR newbie' to 'NWR Board Fanatic' (although I'm already one at heart) .

I would say the biggest challenge of breaking the lurk cycle would be the 'cliqueyness' due to the nature of a small amount of posters and many inside jokes.

I would love to post and respond to more random topics, nudity and the like, but my job demands my time.

For now, I'll settle for NWR Thread Buster.
