I am sooo glad thatb*stard is getting the death penalty! let us know when a date is set i am not missing it either he deserve's to die and you all know me i would never wish anything like that on anyone but we need to take this piece of garbage out and fry him. Thank god!! he is getting what is coming to him.

I read on aol that he is going to be sent to death row at San Quentin in within 48 hours. Does that mean that he is going to die in 48 hours??? I hope so.

DH was like 'if he didn't love her anymore why couldn't he just leave her, why did he have to kill her' because Scott Peterson is not a normal rational thinking person, anyone else in their right mind would have left their wife (pregnant or not), if they didn't love them anymore. This is just one sick twisted *******.

Unfortunately, With appeals and stuff he'll be sitting on death row for YEARS!! I said the same thing to my DH as your DH said, if he didn't love her, pack a bag and walk out. There was no reason to kill her and your own son!! I hope he suffers every minute he is on death row. And its ironic he'll be in San Quentin, overlooking the ocean where he dumped his wife and sons bodies. I hope they haunt him til the day he dies!!!

I'm a little confused. I thought that when they found him guilty, they knew he was go to be sentenced to death. Was I confusing it with someone else?

It was not completely decided if he was going to receive the death penalty . . . until today

The jury recommended death, but the final say was up to the judge today!!
