Where is the proof of that, Don? When all of this talk started wit Iraq I waited patiently for Proof. believed the president but I wanted to see proof before my friends were sent to war. I am STILL waiting for that proof.

That's no proof at all. I think the groups are flooding Iraq because they are opportunists. They cna wreak real havoc on Americans there. I don't think it's about supporting Iraq, but about opposing Americans. Terrorists ahve already proven that they don't like how we're doing things and they'll attack us whereever we are, and that includes Iraq. If I were a terrorist I'd go to iraq too. It was left wide open for them to settle in and do their thing.

No news is unbiased, but we do the best research we can. Many of these facts are undisputed and accepted as truth. No one's saying anything radical. Your 'proof' that iraq was funding terrorists completely came from nowhere.

just voicing an opinion

I just don't see how you can criticize and say the newspapers dont have all teh facts. Who does? I guess we shouldn;t believe a word of what we read, even if ti is completely undisputed...we should just sit around and form our own convictions based on what we WANT to believe is true.

All newsmedia is biased, wich is why it's best to try to get news forma wide vvairety of sources. however, AP is very widely respectd. it's not like we're getting our news from like the Podunk weekly gazette.

Definitely, and I don't want bush and his USA PATRIOT Act to take that away.

Actually, I would have to say that the AP is the most factual news you'll get, simply because they cover EVERYTHING. Not just what one side wants you to hear. I hear stuff that I don't want to hear ALL the time, including the VERY OCCASIONAL intelligent move by our president.

I love how everyone keeps complaining about a 'Liberal Media' that just doesn't exist! It was the Liberal Media that SLAMMED President Clinton for his affair with Monica Lewinsky and ignored the fact that he was exhonorated by Ken Starr himself in regards to Whitewater.

It is the 'Liberal Media' that publishes letters to the editor complaining about the 'liberal media' right next to articles saying 'Kerry is a poo-poo head; Bush is the Best EVAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look at Kerry flip flop, he should win the olympic medal for flipping!'

Can someone please explain this to me?

And can someone PLEASE make an informed opposing argument rather than schoolyard retorts?
