Are there any December brides out there? If so what have you done so far? Im just starting this process

Hey we are the same DAY!!! Where did you book? I am at the Riviera; having a Xmas theme wedding. I haven't booked anything yet, other than the hall and church. I do have a good idea who I will be using for Photo, DJ, Limo, and Flowers. I picked up my favors already.... so adventually I will get it all done. We just bought a house, so been busy with that. Fh and I almost wish the wedding was over with, becuase it is as if we are married already. But we will wait patiently for the day to come... nearly 1 yr away. Welcome to the boards.

Im so excited there is someone else haveing a Christmas theam wedding too. I just have the church and the reception is at George Washington Manor. We are looking at photpgraphers now but we haven't decided on anything else yet.
We are also throwing Heart Shape Rice at the church. Our colors are wine red for the BM dresses. Using Red/White roses for flowers, even our center pieces. We will have holly berries and stuff put in as well. At the church we are decorating with Point Cetta's. I am excited! I want all the girls to have 'muffs' too, we will see. What xmas ideas do you have?

wow... it sounds like we are on the same page with many things. My girls are going to be wearing a berry/wine color. They are going to carry white roses with berries and holly and I'm going to carry red roses with holly. I think I’m going to do ornaments as well. I have been trying to find a bell ornament....so its like wedding bells....just an idea. I haven't found one i like yet. We just booked our photographer. I'm so excited to have that done. I just hope that we have good pictures.

I am not a december bride but we are having a x-mas theme too. My girls are also gong to wear wine and carry white/ivory flowers with berries and holly. I am going to have red flowers. For favors, we are also doing ornaments....but all different ones. (We have a lot of the same ones 10-20 of each ornament) We are having a tree in the room that will be decorated and at the end of the night everyone can take an ornament.
Hmmm....what else.....oh a present cake. It looks like a present with a big bow.
What are you doing for centerpieces??? I have no idea what I want.

I loved your idea of putting the ornaments on the tree. Im not sure of what Im doing for centerpeices as well. I'll probably do red roses and white candles.
