Deciding how to select 1st BOTW

Hey ladies,

After discussing it on the previous thread we will be starting BOTW in January! YAY!!

How should we go about selecting the 1st BOTW? There are 2 options below. Vote on the one you like best. Option that has the most votes will be the way we choose.

*I will leave the poll open until Sunday.*

Option #1: We make a new thread and have all the brides that want their name thrown in the hat reply to the thread saying 'meeee' lol (or something of the sort). We'll set a deadline date to reply to the thread. Once deadline is over I'll write all the names on paper and throw them in a hat and choose our 1st BOTW! (This will keep it a surprise).

Option #2: We choose by going by your engaged date. The bride who has been engaged the longest will be the 1st BOTW!

After the 1st BOTW is chosen, she will start on Monday January 2nd - Sunday Jan 8th. On Sunday, January 8th the current BOTW will select the new BOTW and she will start the next day (Monday) and it will continue like that from then on.

2012er crashing. I was the one that started the BOTW for the 2012. I put everyone's name in a hat and picked 3 or 4 names. I made a poll with those names. I put a date that you had to vote by. Then the winner was the first BOTW

The names in a hat idea sounds good. Also, it should be noted not to repeat the same person twice.

Yes, no repeats until everyone has gotten a turn. There will be so many brides joining in the new year though Im sure we'll never need to repeat lol
