We decorated the house for Christmas today! We got a jump start on it earlier than we usually do cuz we are gonna be away for the next few weekends! I'm so excited! We did the lights on the house and the christmas tree and stockings! I love this time of year! And i put my new 'horse' ornament from Christina on the tree!

that's exciting rita! i haven't bought a real one since i was a little girl...my brother gave us his old fake one thats in really good condition. i love decorating with all of our ornaments from our childhood though.

We get a real one in my house every year. We had a fake one when I was little but one year it was up until july!!!!!
FH has a really sad fake one so we decided to get a real one and it looks so nice!!

july?! thats pretty bad! lol my mom and dad get a real one now every year ever since the fake one collapsed and fell into the glass coffee table. it was not a pretty sight and a lot of good ornaments broke. the thing was soooo old it literally fell apart!

yea it fell on new years day, right when everyone was cleaning up from the night before it was hectic, and the washing machine overflowed with soap and it was all over the floor. it was a pretty interesting day

i decorated with my family this morning...Im such a corn ball though I refuse to put my ornament swap ornament on my parents tree...Im like nope this is for when we have a tree it will make its debut then!!!

I am a decorating FIEND I have gotten sooo little studying done for my law school final exam this Friday but the entire apt is decked out, Christmas lights in the windows, tree fully decorated w/ angel on top, red table cloth, fake snow and light up tree decoration... and four presents wrapped under the tree! Oh yea, and the dog keeps peeing under the tree, so tomorrow we'll be getting another tree skirt! It's like she's trying to hurt me... lol
thats too funny...now get to studying! lol my dog keeps ripping up the tree skirt. he eats everything

well we only have a small apartment so our biggest thing is our tree. which FH has to pick out & decorate himself. any ornaments that i purchase have to go on the back. lol.. its not really that bad but he loves decorating so i just let him. i prefer to watch & supervise anyway.
