Have you tried Old Field Club?
there is also the Pridwin on Shelter Island (But I think they are pricey)
Did you check out Sunset Harbour?

I booked at The Venetian Yacht Club. Its on the Great South Bay. It has beautiful waterviews!

Go on the Lessings advertisement link on this site. They have waterfront venues (mansions and country clubs) I'm getting married at the Dowling College one.

Also look at the Snapper Inn-we went to a wedding there and it was a blast
