Hi girls,

I went to my regular place to get my eyebrows waxed, by my regular lady. I get home and above my eye is burning. I'm no doctor but it looks like I have a 2nd degree burn. I'm soooooo pissed. Can I sue?

of course you can sue..but you have to go to a dr and get proof of the burn. take pics immediately.

not a lawyer but I would go to a skin doctor before you jump onto the im going to sue you wagon

i'm going to my dermatologist tonight...i took pics already..i'm not a dr....but it's a really bad burn..i'm going back to the place also.

when i got home..when she put whatever she put on at the end..i told her it was burning..and she said that was normal..i looked in the mirror and everything was fine..by the time i got home 10 minutes l8r it was reallllllly burning..i looked in the mirror and helloooooo permanent scar

I am a paralegal and 100% agree. You need to get treated before you even think about suing. I hope you feel better!

I am no attorney but you should try and treat it first. I don't think it's something worth suing for if it's treatable. You probably had an allergic reaction to whatever ointment they put on you after waxing.

I would say yes, but you should go the er or a doc to document it....nothing will stand up in court if you don't have a doc say how serious it is

Treatment first, you have plenty of time to sue, if you have a case. You need pics and a doctor's opinion right away. After ALL of your treatment, go to an attorney specializing in personal injury and bring your records.

Go to the Doctor asap. You probably need a special cream or you might end up with scars. I had a problem with my nail salon....I got a pedicure and they cut the side of my toe with the file pretty bad. It was the day before my Fsil's wedding which I was in and it hurt so bad. I didn't go to the dr but it took forever to heal and now I have a scare. Granted it's on my toe but still. I'd go to the dr.
