Nope, I've been on my own (well, with roomies- I couldn't afford a place in NY on my own) for 6 or 7 years now.

no, i went away to college then law school... then lived alone in manhattan for a few years... and now fh lives with me in my apartment

No, I lived alone in my own apartment before moving into FH's house. I think it was a really good experience but I know it's hard to afford around here!

awwe I guess its too late now to worry about that. As long as your happy thats all that matters. I moved out of my house when I was very young...fam kinda fell apart...so I envy ppl like you.

I've lived in my own apartment for over 5 years now. No roommates, no live-in boyfriends, just me and my cat. By the time I'm married, I'll have lived on my own for 6 years.

I love it, and I know there will be times when I'll miss it, but I am definitely ready to close this chapter in my life and start a new one.

all my life i lived with mommy and daddy... then i jumped from parent to FH when we are married..

this is major !! i never had a chance to be ME!!

I've lived seperate from my parents since I was 18 and am now 24 will be 25 when I get married. I think it's the best thing I ever did.

Living on your own is a great experience, you really learn a lot about yourself and others. I moved away from my parents for college, then lived abroad for 5 months in France when I studied abroad in college. After college, I moved back home with them to attend law school in NYC(helped me cut down significantly on student loan debt).

I basically lived with them until I was able to save enough $$ to buy my apartment (condo) and moved out, lived on my own for about a year and a half before I started dating FH. I moved into FH's home when we got engaged (a year ago).

no I still live w my parents. Me and my fh were going to get a place then him and his bro were kicked out and now he has an apt w him and no girls aloud there so im still w my parents. hopefully one day we can live together. but ur not the only one.

I lived away at college for 4 years, but that wasn't totally alone since I had roommates. Now FH live together so I guess it'll be like this for the rest of my life which is okay by me!

I had an apartment with FH but it was in my mothers basement.. [the basement had a horrible flood so I'm back in my room] haha but I told my mom I'm never leaving!
