Re: Asking the RH to lower guest count?

You might be able to get them to lower it a little if you explain and since your wedding is on a Sunday. I'd probably ask for 70-75 people. I doubt they'd go any lower than that. Good luck! I hope they change it for you and that things start looking up!!!

Well I am not sure if they will, but it can't hurt to ask. I would just be honest about your situation and hopefully they will work something out with you. Sorry you are dealing with this

if you don't think you're going to make the 100 person guarantee, you should def try to speak with the RH (the worst they can do is say no).

How many people are you inviting in total (not including those that you know won't come)?

in the worst case, you can always invite LIW girls ... we give cash gifts

I would ask......or have your DOC ask.

I would call and ask. They may add $5 or so to your price but that would be better than you having to pay for 100.

I would def ask, there's no harm in it. Also, since I don't know much about your RH, is there a smaller room you could request? They may be more willing to do it if that's a possibility.

Also, have you thought about trying to cut cost other ways?

I am so sorry you are having to deal with this.

just ask them... if they say no or give you a hard time... we will all call and email them and tell them they need to help you out
