i would call her and say something like this to t: 'hey t, i wanted to talk to you about my wedding. I'd really like you to be a part of it in some way and I wanted to get your input. I would love for you to be part of the bridal party and be a bridesmaid, but with the baby coming if you'd be more comfortable and less stressed being a reader or something like that, that would be great too. what do you think?' then see what she says -- leave it up to her!

thank you... i guess I'll try and call her... (why am I so nervous with this one- worst that could happen is she says no.. and honestly thats not that bad- cause then I can have my friend as a BM)

don't be nervous! just say something like i wrote above so it's like you're giving her the choice to participate or not so in the end no one can say it was your fault or whatever. if she says no, then you can have your friend!
