hmmm thats hard...well when would she have to put the money in by? maybe say well we have until so and so date so do you think thats enough time for you to come up with the rest of the money?

Who is coming up with the rest of her share then? Hate to say it, but you might have to choose something else so that all the girls can join.
Or, what I would do is suggest to her that she just come in for the festivities and leave at night. Is this not an option?

well the above poster had a good idea...maybe say if the hotel is to expensive then she doesn't have to do the hotel and just do dinner and going out after...does she live far from the city that it would be a pain for her to go back home after. But also ask if you put it on your cc now can she give you what she can right now and then when you get the bill if she can give you the rest
