I have layers, they are grown out. Should I get a lot of layers? Or should I just chop it to my shoulders?

I am like you always trying to style it with my hair long.

You do have beautiful hair! If you want to style it I would probably get alot of layers done to add some style to it.

I think 'drastic' would be to go automatically to short. But, you could cut it up to your shoulders...that would still allow you some flexibility (personally, I like to have the option to tie my hair back...it's easier w/kids, just to get it out of my way!), but it would be MUCH different than what you have now.

I feel your pain...I have long hair too, and I want something different - but not too short. I just had a good length chopped off my hair tonight.

I have this cycle- I grow it, then chop it. I like it shoulder length, but people tell me not to cut it. My mom says I should cut it.....
