we had our tasting at bridgeview last night and it was absolutely delicious!!!! we had filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes, pistachio crusted chilean sea bass with saffron rice, french cut sage roasted chicken breast with mashed potatoes, and spinach ravioli. omg it was so good!

our bm also let us look around and peek into the wedding that was going on and i'm soooooo freakin excited now!!!!!!!!!!!

glad it went wellll

That sea bass sounds amazing!

OOOH i forgot to add that the appetizer will be seafood risotto with shrimp and scallops and the salad will be a farmers market salad with strawberries, red onion, and candied cashews with white peach vanilla vinaigrette
