Dell complaint

I ordered a new computer and when I received it can u believe that it is broken, no part of the cpu is working at all..so i spent 2 hours on hold on saturday to b transferred to literally some other country to there tech support pple, all for them to tell me after waiting for 2 hrs that they will send me a new one but it might take 10 days..10 days, *** i can order a new computer in 10 days for that matter...so not only is my computer broken now, i spent half the day wasting away on the phone..on hold mind you..and of the 5 pple i was transferred to i dont think any1 spoke english! they sure aint kidding when they tell u these companies have customer service reps in foreign countries....i was not very nice to them, i better receive a new computer this week or im calling my credit card company to stop payment on them ughh

I think their customer serive department is located in India.

hey at least you got your computer, when I order my laptop the first one got lost, I think I had to wait about a month before I finally got my comp. tell me everything is scanned right? how can a package and not a small one, just disappear?

They turned me off when I was trying to buy from them- so I hung out and cancelled the order and they shipped the computer to me anyway- I received payment and vowed to never, ever buy from them no matter how cheap their computers are.

That's so annoying. My mom has a dell. no problems whatsoever. I love my Gateway, and I lvoe thier custmer service. They ship everything really quickly. I've had to replace things during the warranty period, and they sent to to me and walked me through everything. it was gret. I love their website. It detects your configuration and you can chat live with a tech support or sales person. i recent;y upgraded my ram..SO easy.

Good for you for stopping payment. grrrrrr...
