Demetrios at Macys

Hi!
Anyone have experience with the gowns at Macys? I had a great time trying gowns on there and actually fell in love with a few but don't know anyone who purchased there. How are they??

I actually did at Macy's in Manhasset. So far had nothing but a wonderful experience.

I bought my gown there. So far Charmaine is my favorite sales lady ever!!

My only issue is that every time I call they say 'oh we were just about to call you' so I would advise that you stay on top of that. Otherwise they're great.

Also I am picking up my gown and getting it altered elsewhere because they're pricey IMHO

I purchased my gown at Macy's Smith Haven....when I was trying on dresses I worked with Tracey and she was okay, not overly nice or pushy- she helped me in and out of the dresses and it was fine.

I went back a few days later with my Grandma to show her the dress I ordered and Tracey again helped me and she was okay- I had to ask for help this time.

Then my sister, who lives in Virginia came up and I wanted her to see my gown- Tracey got my dress, threw it in a room and left me. I was like whatever- I hear that they don't have great customer service, but the store was close to home and carried the gown I wanted. Pics are in my album...good luck!
