Demetrios Gowns?

I'm just starting to investigate my dress options (won't even bother trying anything on until I lose 15 lbs).....I really like some of the dresses by Demetrios that I see in magazines. Any idea of how expensive they are? I don't want to blow my budget on the dress, so I'm curious if they're even in my league???

i tried on a number of demetrios gowns, they were around 1500 i think

go to macys bridal salon, in smithhaven mall to try them on .. they are owned by demetrios so you can try on every dress !!

My dress was a Demetrios - I loved it!
It was in the new line and all over the magazines. I bought it for $850 at Adrians in Islip.

I bought a Demetrios gown and I paid 1500.
I got it at Macy's. They have beautiful gowns.

Macys at the Smith Haven mall only sells Demetrios. They run about $1,000 and up.
If you register there they'll give you an extra 10% off.

I tried one on at Lillette's that was around $750. They should be even a little cheaper at RK in the city.

My fsil went to macys yesterday to try on demetrios gowns. The one she has been in love with forever and walking around with the magazing ad picture.... it was just discontinued ( as well as a few others) and they are selling the samples 50% off. There were not in bad shape at all just need to be cleaned.

eta. w/ the 50% discount her dress would only be $650

I love the demetrios line. Macy's is the best place to try them on, but also the most expensive. I was given a quote of $1200 for one particular dress. I shopped around and was quoted $675 FOR THE SAME DRESS. Definitely shop around for prices on demetrios dresses!!!!

Mine is a DEMETRIOS. He makes BEAUTIFUL GOWNS!! Go to MACYS when they have a trunk sale and you can get 15-20% off.

I got my Demetrios at Macy's and I took advantage of a trunk show they had advertised in the Bride Magazine. If you go to the Demetrios website it will list the upcoming trunk shows...but even with the discount I still paid a little over $1600. But I am completely happy with my dress.

Burton's. I didnt get the dress, though. When I went to burtons to try dresses on, I asked her about it. That's the quote she gave me.

Just like Diva, I tried them on at macy's (Herald Square), but they are cheaper at other stores. RK Bridal, FLowerama had much better prices.

I love Demetrios gowns. I'll have to make a trip to Smithaven when I'm ready for the dress stage. If there $1,500, I won't be able to afford it, but at least I have can have fun all day trying on gorgeous gowns. haha! :)

I got my demetrios gown at Burtons, i think its from fall04 and paid a little less then 1000, not including aleterations. Which are only 75 i think

I tried my Demetrios dress on at Macy's in Smithhaven but I bought it for al ot less at Burtons.

I looked at some Demetrios dresses and they were around $500-$1000. They have them at all the Macy's Bridal salons, but you can also order them at RK bridal for cheaper.
