Den paint?

We have a hunter green carpet in our den. I want to paint but I dont know what color to use.

Anyone?

I'd do a dark color, like a burgundy, I love having a cozy den and those warm colors do the job.

what about a chair rail w/ white high gloss paint and 2 diff shades of tan/beige on top/bottom of rail?
