WOW how did you get her face perfectly on the picture?! What program did you use? Laura, I think you look hot with dark hair!

I used Photoshop CS2. With that version while you are on the face layer if you go to Edit then Transform you can resize the face. Then you can go to Image then Adjustments and lighten or darken or adjust the face color to match the original body you put it on.

im trying to do this myself and i have the face so it fits but how do u get like the bangs of the picture in front of your face? when i do it my face covers the bangs

thank you! I'll have to try this one out

yeah just keep in mind it can be a pain at first...Its not as easy as other photoshops, and not as self explanatory. When i first got it i asked my friend who is an IT guy about how to do some things and he said that I got one of the hardest ones and computer ppl go to school for months and up to a year to learn it...well i checked online and yes to be able to fully know how to use the whole program takes a year lol ...but theres alot of tutorial articles online and they are helpful...Some things i was able to figure out how to do myself, such as putting a head on and all that. It is also SO great if you have a pimple or blemish of any kind bc they have a feature that takes it right out

Yeah, I use it for a living and there's still so much I want to learn about it. I never get bored with it. Every new version makes things that much easier, too. I keep saying that one of these days I'll get the latest tutorial book & do it cover to cover just for the heck of it (during all of that free time I have ). I agree, the online tutorials are great.

You can try to erase that part of your face so the bangs underneath show. You can resize your eraser tool to a smaller size to get the details. You could also use a 2nd layer of the hair picture, use the wand to select the area of bangs you want, go to Select, Inverse then Edit, Clear and it will delete everything but the bangs you selected. If you keep that as your top layer you can put it right over your face and erase the details in between to blend it to your face. Does that make sense or did I just make it sound confusing?

I think I received something for this site when I was in school FT a couple of years ago (it looks familiar) http://www.gradware.com/

I Googled educator and student discounts and found this site also:
http://adobe.ccvsoftware.com/c/pub_Adobe.html?curList@1+s@l_MaAI.M77fis

I'm not sure of the best place to get them from, but hopefully this helps.

the problem is that my hair is so thin that if i do decide to dye it, im not going to want to bleach it again

ive been contemplating going darker for a while now; especially becauase i wont bleach it when im pregnant so i figure i should start getting used to it now - LOL

go gradual..get lowlights and then if you like that get some more..so its not a big change from light to dark
