so i called tobofoods the other day and left a message
the owner called me back a little while ago and sounds like such a nice guy
he actually knows my BM; i guess years in the business does that

anyway, he is mailing me out a brochure and is supposedly calling me back later with prices

after the wedding they have a cart outside and they give your guests food. Theres different types of carts. You can do bagels/coffee and a newspaper. They have another one that is croissants and muffins, a pastry one, they also have one that has Tacobell/white castle/burger king and nathans. Its like a treat for guests on their way home.

they have so many things to choose from
im thinking of getting either one or any combination of the following:

Hot pretzel

Mini bakery (danish, linzer tarts, black and white cookies) comes with coffee and hot chocolate

Sunday Times

i was so happy speaking with him, he had tons of good things to say about my BM and Fox Hollow so we'll see what the $$ is like
My parents are on a cruise so i'll go over it with them when they come back - i think sunday

what he told me is that they set up about 45 minutes before reception finishes so that if people start to leave; they still get to take something with them
i like this idea because he charges per person so they SHOULD be able to get something if they are leaving since they are paid for

My reception ends at 115 AM; he said they would ge there about 12:30AM and start setting up

no idea on the prices yet

i love the idea - i think some things will be more expensive than others
im not interested in the candy or the 'food' im want more dessert type pastry or bagels

That is such a good idea.....I was thinking of doing the bagel/newspaper thing but this sounds even better.....Do you know how far he will travel for a wedding? I am getting married in New Jersey and dont know how to search for something like this in the area.

Any ideas?

Yeh it's in the book . They give away a bag of bagels to each guest. I have the book in the car - can't rememebr the price though. I'll check it our for you later if you'd like.

I think that's a great idea girl. You guests will be tired and hungover so getting up in the morning and remembring the bride and groom gave them breakfast will be a nice touch.

thats so weird, i looked at all the extras and i think i would've noticed this. Its probably new, i booked last year.

im giving favors which i already got
snowflake coasters and wine stoppers
however i may cut back a little bit on what's going in these goody bags if im doing the cart thingy
