I had my headpiece appointment with Denise Leli last night. She was great, and her headpieces are insane...just gorgeous!! She spent two hours with my mom and I. She let me try on different pieces over and over and did't rush us at all. She works with every price range. If you are looking for a headpiece, I highly recommend her.

She is located in Manhasset, but she allowed me to meet her at her home in Saint James because it was more convenient for me. You will not regret going to her. Her pieces made me feel like a princess bride!! They sparkle from every diection.

She does have a few bestsellers that she produces over and over, but if there's something specific you want, she will create it for you. Also, all of her pieces are bendable so that it will contour to any hairstyle that you choose.

what was average price, if you don't mind me asking? manhasset would be so convenient, and i have NO idea what i want yet but would really like to get going on this.

It all depends what you want. She ranged anywhere from $100 to $1700. The one for $1700 was huge and just covered with crystals. It was gorgeous.

She works with her daughter, Christie Lauren. The shop is actually called Christie Lauren, 1673 Northern Blvd, Manhasset, New York. Denise and Christie design together. I would suggest calling Denise directly to make an appointment. She is very, very nice. (516) 381-1236.
