Deployments suck

After all we have been through the past three months John just got orders a couple of days ago for Iraq...he is leaving **hopefully** In Oct for 18 friggen months. It is just cruel how long they take them for :(

I know at this point we have to cancel our honeymoon but I am praying praying praying we can still have our wedding. I will be broken hearted if we need to change the date so everyone pray for John most importantly and for us as a couple that we can make it through this hard two years

that absolutely stinks! I will pray that he doesnt go until Oct so you can still get married in sept!

so i dont mean to sound like an iddiot bc i dont really follow politics but if a decent president gets elected isnt there a chance they might end the war?? (i could have sworn i heard this the other day and i thought of u and catie)

Oh no Jessie don't cancel your honeymoon! Maybe you can change the date and go before the wedding, so at least you can get away

for your FH & that he stays until at least OCT so you can have your wedding... to you since I know this is so tough- I can't even imagine...

Hey date twin! I am so sorry that he has to go to Iraq. If he is not leaving until October you should be OK for the wedding and a small HM. Good Luck and he will be in my prayers for a safe return.

I'm so sorry you have to deal withthis. It must be very hard. I think the other girls are right. You should definately go away together before he goes- even if it's this summer!
