Hey girls! I thought this would be a great topic since we ALL know ever since we all got engaged we look at EVERYONE`S hand comparing rings!! What does your ring look like? Did you pick it out? If not, did your FI do a great job? PS. That`s what my previous post meant.....What are the 4 C`s of YOUR ring!!!! Do you have a certified diamond?

Great idea, Donna! My fiance picked out my ring, and I love it. : ) It's a 1.25 carat pear shaped diamond, in a 6 pronged raised setting. On each side of the diamond is 3 princess cut diamonds vertically channel set, and on each side of those are a yellow gold 'bar', also vertical. The rest of the setting (band, prongs) is white gold. I know it sounds busy, but it's really very simple, ans delicate looking. I have small hands, so that was a must! I can't wait to hear about everyone else's rings... I've never seen one I didn't like! : )

This topic was a great idea!! My FI researched my ring for 6 MONTHS!! He had a wonderful experience at Elsa`s in Farmingdale. My round brilliant diamond is GIA certified, weighs 1.52 carats, clarity of VVS1(very, very slightly included) and a color grade of E. My band, which my FI designed himself, is platinum and has six prongs (medium-high setting)to hold in the diamond. On either side of the diamond is a channel set of 5 round diamonds totaling .51 carats.
