Designs by Rose .... soooo sad

So after a few days of chatting with rose via email ... she told me she can't do what I want in my price range. Im soooooo sad

Am I destined to spend thousands of dollars on flowers?

I need help with an affordable florist ladies .... this is devastating

i want a low arrangement, that i can sit on a tall vase at no more than $85 per arrangement ... unrealistic i guess

Can you buy the vases yourself and then see if someone will do the low arrangements for you?

idk... but that doesnt sound so outrageous to me... what flowers are you looking to use?

I remember your privious post with the pic, i havent started to look for flowers yet but from what i've been hearing $85 is pretty unrealistic. What about doing it all yourself? Go to Michaels, buy some vases and flowers and get creative. Or use candels and other embellishments. That might be the only way your gonna get what you want for the price.

Jul,

You can make it work. NO need to get sad hunny. Ikea sells really nice vases for cheap or you can look at wholesale dealers in the city.

okay so my friend is having her flowers down by a place near Jericho terrace

Let me text her and then I will let you know the name of the place she is paying 80 for her centerpieces ......they are high but it sounds kind of like what you want but a bit difference

FM me your email address and i will send you the pic of what she is getting and the name of the place when she tells me

that price does seem reasonable depending on the flowers you are using.
however, be careful when buying vases. I got stuck with 12 eiffel tower bud vases when my florist said they would not be sturdy enough to hold my flowers because they would be 'top heavy'
I got small CPs for less $$ and they will still be beautiful.

ETA: I gave the vases to my sister for my shower

I hafta be honest. I know ROSE gets tons of raves around here but I found her to be very expensive. I went to numerous other florists who could beat her price and even give me more then she was offering. Dont give up on what u want, shop around!

you should def try ***************** in melville, they did both of my sister in laws weddings and we just gave them our deposit today. They are very well priced!
