No those are definitely green. Is green in your colors at all?

Re: DESPERATE! Please help...
my colors are gold and ivory....
she sent me an e-mail explaining a very technical process to get the color she sent us for the real invites... it seems deliberate and I just don't know what to do...
this is super upsetting and we don't have time to reprint!

I say mail them all. They are still beautiful right? You didn't even notice at first. The guests won't know a thing. I have had so many issues with the invitations. I have to say people have far too much going on in their lives to notice my wedding invitations.

I totally agree - you should get what you paid for! - Maybe send them out - if you are running out of time, but I would make a big stink to get some money back. jmo

I would be pissed as well but as long as they still look nice... if you already sent some out then I would just send the rest. No one will know they were meant to be gold.

The colors look entirely different under the same lighting! I'd email her that photo and demand a reprint!

i'd be upset because it's not what i asked for but they are beautiful even in that green color! if it's too late for a reprint - can you ask for something else instead? either part $ back or do you need anything else printed?

i'd say mail them too.. especially if you're running out of time.. most people (sadly) will throw them out.. and they will have no idea that the green isn't the color you wanted.
i'd try and argue for some money back, but i think either way you're stuck with the green

Those colors are definitely different. That su c ks!! I would be mad as well!!! I think you should just send them out, but you should demand money back or something. But I do think the invites look great regardless!

ITA They are beautiful, but you did not pay for that! And they are TOTALLY different colors. If you have the time, ask for a reprint. If not, demand money back.
If you can't get money back from her, call your credit card company if you used a credit card. Technically it's a service not received!

try to get money back and report her to the BBB. that was not what you paid for. I would call and complain again, and email her the picture you posted. they are totally different colors, though the green is still pretty

Re: DESPERATE! Please help...
Thats not lighting, thats the wrong color.
And Im sorry I know people dont mean it offensively but I HATE when people say OO people dont care about the invitation and Im sorry but I find it even ruder to say people are TOO busy to notice your invitation. If thats the case then I guess your wedding isnt that important if people are too busy to notice your invite =/
Ive gotten phone calls, emails, and text messages from people telling me how I have the most unique and stunning invitation they have EVER seen. My mother has gotten calls as well. So when an invitation STANDS OUT, PEOPLE NOTICE. I know I do! I know I kept the custom made invitations I have gotten because they were sooo sick!
So Im sorry I dont mean to offend those people that feel that way, you have the right to your feelings. But its not a very nice thing to say.

Thats total BS.
I'd make her reprint them--NOW. And as far as paying her, dispute the charges if shes refusing to reprint. You didn't get WHAT YOU BOUGHT.

Re: DESPERATE! Please help...
i know you said there is no time for a reprint, so I'd just send out the ones you have. They actually look pretty nice and your guests won't notice unless they compare (which I'm sure they won't).
Then I'd demand your money back. I know that while being a vendor they probably put out some money to make your invites, so even if you don't get all the money back, get some and maybe ask for free thank you cards.
