There is time for a reprint- just not with this vendor.
I'm fuming as I am looking at that mistake and you should be too!
First of all- demand a refund or contact the better business bureau or both!
You should get what you paid for- it's yours!
I recommend calling Judi at a Bridal Paperie and ask if she can do it. Thats the only vendor I can think of that has on-site printing.
You have to have it fixed and dont take no for an answer!

I say mail them all. They are still beautiful right? You didn't even notice at first. The guests won't know a thing. I have had so many issues with the invitations. I have to say people have far too much going on in their lives to notice my wedding invitations.
I agree. Plus, no two guests will be matching up their invitations next to each other to know that the color is off. I'd just go with it. Maybe your vendor will refund you a small amount, but you have to decide if it's worth your time to argue it.

They are beautiful- even if they are the wrong color. Send them out but demand some kind of compensation.

the proof i got was the left- more gold...
the invitations i paid for were green!
am i crazy??
I would seriously be PO'd since its not the color you paid for.... but at this point i would just send out the green as they still look nice
I totally agree - you should get what you paid for! - Maybe send them out - if you are running out of time, but I would make a big stink to get some money back. jmo
I agree, they are so green, but they still look pretty. I would send them out, if you are hard pressed for time, but totally try to get some money back, it's clearly not what you ordered.

DEMAND that they re-print the invitations. I had a similar thing happen to me. I wanted gold, but their 'gold' looked green. (was it carlton Craft by any chance?' ) Anyway, turns out that 'that' was their version of gold, so in the end I had to choose a completely different invitation that was more $$$. But in the end I didnt pay them for the old invitations (150 of them) OR the upgrade to the higher priced invites.
you have a lot of time. I didnt get my invitations until January 22nd - and my wedding was march 14. So , dont freak out.

Thats not lighting, thats the wrong color.
And Im sorry I know people dont mean it offensively but I HATE when people say OO people dont care about the invitation and Im sorry but I find it even ruder to say people are TOO busy to notice your invitation. If thats the case then I guess your wedding isnt that important if people are too busy to notice your invite =/
Ive gotten phone calls, emails, and text messages from people telling me how I have the most unique and stunning invitation they have EVER seen. My mother has gotten calls as well. So when an invitation STANDS OUT, PEOPLE NOTICE. I know I do! I know I kept the custom made invitations I have gotten because they were sooo sick!
So Im sorry I dont mean to offend those people that feel that way, you have the right to your feelings. But its not a very nice thing to say.
Woah! All I meant by my comment was that people are not going to scrutinize the details of our wedding invitations or the rest of the wedding the way we do. I as well have gotten phone calls, emails, and texts saying how beautiful my invitations are, despite the little mistakes that happened along the way (which the guests don't know about). So I was just trying to help clam down this girl, being that my invitations are from the same vendor and I have had issues as well.

Dear All-
Although I am unhappy with the result of this fiasco, I was refunded some money for the invites.
Thanks for everyone's advice!!

One is a copper color and the other is a greenish gold color. Def let your vendor know the two colors are completely different and forward her the photo. Check her refund policies and see if she can either reimburse you for the errors. If not, let her know she has to redo them. It is not acceptable for the money spent and the time you waste to send them out to your guests. If nothing is done, contact BBB and let them know. Not to get all bridezilla but invites cost too much for it to get waived casually.
