Desperately need RD suggestions

Good morning ladies!

Because of a long story I'm not going to get into on here, it looks like FH and I have to throw our own RD. And our wedding is in Roslyn so everyone is staying around there (everyone is basically OOT), and all the restaurants seem SO . I'm OOT now and I grew up in Wantagh so I don't really know a lot about the north shore of Nassau and I'm getting really nervous about affording it. Does anyone know of some good places in that area that won't break the bank?

Theres Piccola Bussola, Tesoro and Cafe Baci - all are yummy italian food, and I dont think they are too expensive...

They are all located on old Country Rd - Westbury/Garden City - not too far away from Roslyn

I'm having my wedding at THe Metropolitan in Glen Cove. They have a downstairs 'club' room that is just gorgeous and perfect for a RD. The food is OUTSTANDING!!! I'm not sure on price, you would have to check but I think they are pretty reasonable.

Hmmm... something is up with their website. I will call them and find out but you should contact them - they really are great.
