desperately seeking seamstress

I need a seamstress to do alterations on a gown I bought through RK Bridal in Manhattan.

I know a lot of brides swear by Phillis in Dix Hills, but I dont have a car and I live in Queens
Does anyone know of a reputable seamstress in the NYC area or at least in Nassau county???
I would totally be willing to take the LIRR to someone who does great work.!

I've never asked, but you could call Phyllis and ask her if she would be willing to travel!

Worth a shot, or maybe she could recommend someone!
