so these healthy choice frozen dinner thingies have a lil side dish of 'dessert' the box says 5 points for the meal.. and the dessert stinks.. how many points should i deduct for this sad excuse of a dessert.?

is there any health information on the side/back of the box for it? you can figure out how many points the dessert would be by itself and then deduct it...but if there is no info i would say deduct half a point for it (would rather underestimate the point value then over estimate)
