My BF is getting married in the Dominican. The trip is costing us about $1500 per person, plus I'm in the wedding, so thats a dress and the shower and bach party, ect.
Any thoughts on how much for the gift?? I'm so stressed about the cost of everything so I'm trying to get the financials in order way ahead of time.

I would give something small, really i wouldnt go overboard $100-$300 MAX...I think she would be understandingof the situation....and realize that you already have spent a LOT of money to be there! If it were me i wouldnt expect anything from my bridal party.

seriously though.. are they registered? maybe you can arrange a dinner on the beach for one night during their honeymoon or pay for an activity? (im assuming they are staying in the DR for HM)
i think that would be nice and thoughtful.. like.. go jetskiing on us.

I went to a wedding in the Bahamas last year, and my FH was in the bridal party. We gave maybe 250, but honestly the groom specifically said he expected no gifts, they knew that going on, and just wanted people to come party.
