Destination Wedding Travel Pack

I am getting married in St. Thomas. I am developing a website with a lot of information including travel and lodging. I was wondering if I should also send out a separate informational packet to all of the guests, and if so, what I should include and if there is a template out there for a letter or newsletter.
Any help would be DEARLY appreciated. I want to do everything I can for my guests, but I don't want to bombard them.
