Detachable Blusher

This may be a stupid question, but what is the purpose of a detachable blusher?

I am guessing it is for people who only want to wear the blusher for the ceremony and not the reception?

Do most brides wear the veil for the enitre reception?

Some do and some don't. I am taking mine off after the first dance!

My sister's blusher was justa separate piece we put over her head for the ceremony. She had a high hairdo and a tiara, and she didn't have to put one of the layers of her veil over her whole hairdo and head.

When I wanted a veil with scattered rhinestones, and they supposedly come out black in pictures, you can get a plain detachable blusher to use just to walk down the aisle with. That's what the lady said at Davids Bridal, then she said that the dad take sit off when you get to the altar and puts it in his pocket. That seemed like too much, so I am going with a rhinestone/crystal trim instead.
