Detective JPC solved....

the mystery of the wedding shower!!!!

All the little clues finally added up-
~mom wanted to celebrate b-day a whole week early
~ sneaky messages of family members on the phone
~ glass jars lying all over fmils house
~everyone telling me Im not getting one
~fmil left the guest list on the table this morning and i saw it while getting the paper

well its tomorrow but im not happy for a number of reasons

`my coworkers werent invited
`its the day after my friends wedding so ill be tired and she wont be able to attend
` i have 4 weeks worth of lesson plans to write in my book cause im a procrastinator
`its not co-ed or outdoors like i had been hinting for months

but Im grateful nonetheless and am glad that I bought a sundress on sale at MAcy's yesterday cause otherwise id be wearing khakis and a polo shirt to my own shower

I just hate that anytime I asked someone, they lied to my face. I told mymom and FH that I HATE SUPRISES and they should just have told me.

So now, how can I fake true surprise???

I am so happy for you! I remember you were sad when you thought you weren't having one. So definitely focus on the positive.

Just walk in smile and wave. That is what I did...lol.

oh yes it was...it was so nice!!!

My bridal party, moms, aunts, and grandmother did such a nice job.

It was at Sarabella restaurant in Forest Hills. I am truly blessed to have so many people who love me in my life.
