DH and I just ate the top of our wedding cake

our Maitre D (Karen) boxed it up for us at handed it to me at the end of the night. she even wrote some nice well wishes on the box

that's weird that they don't give you the leftover food.... I wonder why. I never thought to ask.

Happy 1 month anniversary Dina!!! Can't believe how fast the time flew!! It took forever for our wedding days to get here and now time is flying!!!!

DH and I are waiting until our 6 month anniversary to eat it. It just takes too much room up in my freezer!

On another related note, we were able to take food with us. In fact the bridal attendant and the Matire'D noticed we didn't even touch our dinners so they packed them up for us to take home and even threw in two additional dinners which are also in my freezer.

i thought it was one year too i worry tho how good can it taste after a year???

can you freeze it more than once? it's been frozen for a month and defrosted. I thought you were only supposed to freeze anything once.
