I would not freeze again. Eat away.
I have seen a lot of former brides posts that they ate theirs on their 1 year and it was fine. just make sure it is wrapped in a LOT of cellophane and foil on top of that. I wouldn't keep it longer than that though.

oh wow, i cant imagine, i refuse to eat anything left over...when i go out to dinner, the waitresses always force me to take home my food, or i just leave it...and i refuse to eat it. i just have this thing with leftover food. not a fan, but maybe wedding cake will be different
yea, wedding cake is different. you will want that again. or you can just do what we did... have it after 1 month
