He keeps wanting to go out to really great restaurants and I dont want to when I am doing SBD!! I know I could 'adapt' my meal - but it's places that you wouldn't want to!!
I don't know why he doesn't make these offers when I'm in a chowing down mode!!!

I know its hard, just try to pick something you can eat..Im sure there are plenty of choices of food you can eat or adapt to the weight loss plan you are doing

if you go out you can tell them you are on the SBD and ask them if they can make something for you thats lowcarb that you like.
