We went to DH's doctor yesterday for one month post-op follow up (he had sugery last month to repair a SLAP tear in his right shoulder). According to the surgeon, Rob is making progress, and the pain and discomfort is normal (even though it is much worse after physical therapy 2x/week). She reminded us that it's 6 months for a full recovery and he's right on target. We're going back in 6 weeks for another follow up and she'll determine then when he can go back to work on light duty. So he's hanging in there, and progressing. He still has very limited motion and pain but very slowly, he's getting there ~ thank you so much for your support and concern!

Glad to hear is right on target for a full recovery. I can only imagine how stir crazy he must be. But good luck and keep us posted!!

I hope he's feeling better soon!
My step-dad is doing physical therapy for his knee right now, and i see how much pain he's in when he comes home.
