DH Sometimes talks in his sleep and when he does I always talk to him and go along with it just to see what he says. I've always thought this was funny until a couple of nights ago while we were sleeping during the night and he sat up in bed and was taking my socks off! LOL ... It was so weird because I thought he was playing around cuz he likes to do that to me. He knows that I get nasty when someone tries to wake me up while I am falling asleep. So I was like 'what the F*** are you doing man i'm trying to sleep, cut that sh** out'. Then I realized that he looked liked he was in a trance because he was sleeping. He was mumbling something but I don't recall what.
It was just freaky cuz he was physically sitting up removing my socks yet he was unaware of what he was doing. And the best part is that after I would put them back on he would take them off again! LOL ...Of course the next day he had no memory of what had happened. Should I be concerned. I mean what if this snowballs into him sleepwalking...

Dh also does this and used to have a problem sleepwalking when he was a kid. He hasn't done it in the 6 years we have been together though.

Taking off your socks was sort of funny! I'd be scared too that he might start to sleep walk!
I am the one who talks in my sleep. It is usually just mumbling, DH says, but sometimes it is words. I think I even spoke Spanish once. DH doesn't usually talk in his sleep but the other night he sat up suddenly and mumbled something. It scared me so much! He never talks in his sleep. I asked him what he said and his reply was 'Psycho, da*n it'! Then he laid back down. I couldn't sleep for a bit after that!!!
DH did something similar the other night. He was turned away from me and he mumbled something, so I said 'what babe?' He rolled over and said 'Well, I....' and completely passed back out. It was the weirdest thing.

That is TOO funny! My DH often talks in his sleep about work, since he works with Rockaway Bedding, he always talks in his sleep like he's talking to a customer. I always play along and then he wakes up in mid-speech and starts laughing...

My DH talks in his sleep too. One night he gave out his work phone # and just recently I was wide awake at about 3am and DH said 'ELizabeth' I was like EXCUSE ME?!?!?!? He woke up startled and I was like who the f is Elizabeth?? and he was like WHATTT?
I was so mad at him then I realized that we were watching Pirates of the Caribbean earlier that night, so he must have been dreaming about the movie (no he better have been dreaming about that movie)

My DH talks in his sleep to. I like to play off it. I always ask him the next morning who is the girl you were talking about last night?? He starts to bug out a little and then tells me I'm crazy!! Its so fun watching him squirm a bit!!

Sometimes I go along with him when he talks in his sleep and sometimes he wakes up and realizes what I'm doing and will be like 'come on babe, cut it out'....LOL

When it first happened it was freaky a bit. I was just like 'what the ....' Now it's just funny. We've been telling everybody the story. I told one of my best friends the other night and she was cracking up, and she said that her husband talks in his sleep too....LOL She told me that one night he was dreaming that he was in a boxing match and all of a sudden she saw him swinging punches around in midair....LOL Then I think she that he ended up hitting the wall behind them. As long as she didn't get hit....LOL
