DH will NOT talk about TTC with me.....he says it's a jinx

He is just SO superstitious and says the more we talk about it, the more stressed out we'll get and then it won't happen.

So I guess I'm coming here for advice and to talk!

My Dh was the same way. He thought I was becoming obsessed and worried that I would become depressed.
Talk to us! Thats what the boards are for!!!

i think guys hate the whole planning process becuase they feel it takes away from the passion of the 'deed'

I definitely agree that they worry that takes it away the passion -- and sometimes that if it's too planned and methodical the 'deed' becomes more difficult ...if you know what I mean!

I have decided to not obsess this month and see what happans, maybe that will work NO temping and BD'ing like crazy-

My Dh is the opposite - we aren't even trying yet, but he is always talking about when we should start and trying to figure out when the baby would be born (he doesn't want a december baby so it won't be left back) He is a little obsessed but I find it charming.

We were like your DH, DH and I never really discussed much about it - I find it becomes more easy to relax about that way. I think it is something many people get very obbsessed about and found people who stopped obsessing over it had better luck when they did!

Feel free to talk to Me. In a way DH is right but you still want to talk about something exciting as having a baby. SO please don't ever hesitate to chat.
